How to paste this into Gmail
  1. Click Copy Signature above.
  2. In Gmail, click the gear icon → See all settings.
  3. Scroll to the Signature section and select (or create) your signature.
  4. Click inside the signature box and press Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on Mac) to paste.
  5. Scroll down and click Save Changes.
How to paste this into Outlook (Desktop)
  1. Click Copy Signature above.
  2. In Outlook, go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
  3. Select your signature (or click New to create one).
  4. Click inside the editing box and press Ctrl+V to paste.
  5. Click OK to save.

  2. Open Mail → Settings → Signatures.
  3. Select your account, click + to add a signature.

  5. Uncheck "Always match my default message font" if the text looks wrong.
How to paste this into iPhone Mail
  1. On your phone, tap Copy Signature above.
  2. Open the Notes app, create a new note, tap and hold, then tap Paste. This keeps the logo and formatting — pasting directly into Settings below usually strips it.
  3. Tap and hold the pasted text, tap Select All, then tap Copy.
  4. Go to Settings → Mail → Signature. If you have more than one account, tap Per Account and pick the right one.
  5. Tap into the signature box, tap and hold, then tap Paste.
How to paste this into the Gmail app (iPhone/Android)
  1. On your phone, tap Copy Signature above.
  2. Open the Gmail app → tap your profile photo or the menu icon → Settings.
  3. Tap your email account, then tap Mobile Signature.
  4. Tap into the box, tap and hold, then tap Paste.
  5. Tap the checkmark or back arrow to save.
How to paste this into the Outlook app (iPhone/Android)
  1. On your phone, tap Copy Signature above.
  2. Open the Outlook app → tap your profile photo (top left) → the gear icon for Settings.
  3. Tap your account, then tap Signature.
  4. Turn on Use Signature, tap into the box, tap and hold, then tap Paste.
  5. Tap the back arrow or checkmark to save.

Mobile paste behavior varies by phone and app version. If an app strips the logo no matter what, that's a limitation of that app — the plain-text fallback still works, and the full signature will always show correctly when you send from a computer or webmail.
